A modernist office complex in a biotechnology park in the Western part of Munich is the location of this enterprise with office and laboratory space spread over three levels. The individual rooms previously separate from each other come together in a communication hub with a structured special layout.

A central secretary’s office deals not only with all telecommunication but also serves as a reception for guests and the organisation of the contiguous but closed conference area.

The central reception area features a classic seating area as well as a terminal desk with laptop computers. A digital screen provides information on all kind of news and novelties. The entire space serves to enhance communication between management, staff and guests.

Refreshments and snacks are provided in the adjoining cafeteria. Bar and low seating are available for short or longer conversations. The entire communication space and the access area feature a regularly changing art concept.
