This listed combination dating back to the 1870s with residential and commercial usage as well as doctors’ surgeries (20 residential flats and commercial units) enjoys a select location on the Isar banks facing the Maximilianeum.

As part of the refurbishment plan involving extensive redesigning and rebuilding the interiors were finished for the individual owners to a high specification involving interior design and furnishing. The Art Nouveau stairwell is complemented in the inner courtyard by a glass lift system. The roof spaces were re-developed and the historical roof landscape further highlighted with modern lighting elements. The new roof segments integrate well with the historical context whilst remaining modern in their tenor and independent from the surrounding old roofscape.
