The listed Victorian building, comprises 6 flats and is situated directly on on a private garden square in London’ Notting Hill district. Embedded in the refurbishmentand alterations of the units, the brief included a new interior layout including the individual design of the rooms and the furniture. After the renovation work of the building’s exterior the common parts surrounding it were re-landscaped.

The need for a fundamental update of all technical services (heating, controlled room ventilation, electrics and lighting) provided the opportunity to reconfigure all rooms conceptually and visually.
