The present building from the 50’s in central Munich is undergoing a phased refurbishment, and all office units are being modernised with all additional changes over the years eliminated. The layout is simplified to accommodate contemporary office space concepts. Service and communications technology are upgraded to state-of-the-art levels.

The entrance hall and central stairwell and access hallways will feature new lighting and orientation elements.
